Leah Coleman is a 2D animator and visual artist with a versatile style that ranges from realistic to cartoonish images. Coleman has worked on several films and television series, including Space Jam: A New Legacy (2021), Enongo (TBD), Skull Island: The Animated Series (2023), Toto (TBD), and X-Men '97 (2024).
As an artist, Coleman is focused on understanding their relationship with animation, as well as their role as the animator. This is explained during the process of her thesis film, From Me to You: A Conversation with Animation (2020), and her thesis paper, which took the shape of letters exchanged between animation and herself. Though Coleman is not animation and animation is not her, both have shaped each other in growth, knowledge, and confidence.
