CCAD collaborated with 99P Labs to create "Meraki," a shared mobility vehicle prototype, focusing on millennials, older adults, and rideshare providers. Students logged 11,000+ design hours, developing research-driven, inclusive solutions that emphasize trust and dignity in autonomous transportation.

Andy Friz is an associate professor of Animation at Columbus College of Art & Design who maintains an active creative practice, including special effects work for the long-awaited Space Jam sequel, officially titled Space Jam: A New Legacy.

Ron Miller, a 1970 CCAD Illustration graduate, is an award-winning illustrator and author, known for his sci-fi and astronomical art. He works with NASA, National Geographic, and others. His latest book is "Natural Satellites: The Book of Moons."

In fall 2020, CCAD Film & Video students transformed two scripts from the Film Columbus Teen Screenwriting Competition into short films for their Collaborative Projects course.

Fashion Design student Ryder Teach found his fit at CCAD, fueled by creativity and community. Scholarships supported his journey, leading to an internship and dream job at Abercrombie & Fitch. Now, he's aiming for celebrity wardrobe design. His unique, celestial-inspired collection shines at the 2021 CCAD Fashion Show.
