The Columbus Arts Festival is back in 2023. This year’s festival, presented by the American Electric Power Foundation and produced by the Greater Columbus Arts Council, is Friday, June 9–Sunday, June 11, on Columbus’ downtown riverfront.

See the future of fashion at the annual CCAD Fashion Show from Columbus College of Art & Design on Thursday, May 11 at 7:30 p.m. at Kemba LIVE! Eleven student designers from CCAD’s Fashion Design program Class of 2023 will premier their senior collections (learn about the students and their collections via their designer profiles).

The 2023 Columbus College of Art & Design Commencement will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 13, 2023 at Wexner Center for the Arts’ Mershon Auditorium. Artist Lisa Jarrett will deliver the Commencement address to graduating students.

Each year, Columbus College of Art & Design identifies the person with the highest grade point average throughout their college career and selects them as valedictorian of their graduating class.

CCAD is here for fashion’s future—and in 2023, we went big, as the annual-favorite CCAD Fashion Show was hosted at an exciting new venue: KEMBA Live! in the Arena District.

Columbus College of Art & Design alum Robert Coles (Retail Advertising, 1995) has established the Coles Diversity Impact Scholarship Fund to strengthen access and opportunities for incoming students at CCAD.

Since 2007, Columbus College of Art & Design has celebrated our outstanding faculty members at its annual Teaching Excellence Awards. Alumni, current CCAD students, and faculty recognized individuals for their strength in discipline knowledge, instructional effectiveness, and student focus.

For the eighth year, Columbus College of Art & Design has recognized students’ talents with the written word with its Creative Writing Awards. Students submitted work in the categories of Poetry, Prose, and Screenwriting; first and second place awards were given for each category.
