Headquartered in Columbus, like many of the world’s biggest retail brands, Bath & Body Works has hired a number of talented, skilled CCAD students and alumni over the years—creative thinkers who have found professional success and fulfillment in their work.

Each year, CCAD recognizes some of our outstanding alumni with our Alumni Awards. And this year, we were aided in that process by our inaugural 12-member CCAD Alumni Advisory Board, who aided in selecting the winners from the pool of nominees submitted by our community members.

The Columbus Arts Festival is back in 2023. This year’s festival, presented by the American Electric Power Foundation and produced by the Greater Columbus Arts Council, is Friday, June 9–Sunday, June 11, on Columbus’ downtown riverfront.

Experiential learning in the classroom, support developing professional skills, and a strong CCAD alumni network helped this Product Design student land a full-time industry position well before graduation.

At Columbus College of Art & Design, students have the opportunity to work with real clients to develop real solutions. And some of them are really cute.

Meera Ralhan (Animation, 2024) debuts capstone film Nanis’ Kitchen, which explores the connections–and conflicts between generations when it comes to culinary cultural traditions.

You may not be able to pick John Musker out of a lineup, but you know his work. The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, and Moana—and other Disney animations beloved by critics and audiences—were co-written and co-directed by Musker.

As Associate Professor Laurenn McCubbin helped to design the curriculum for the Comics & Narrative Practice program at Columbus College of Art & Design, she thought back to everything she wanted when she went to art school.

In fall 2019, CCAD is introducing new non-degree certificate programs for adults, beginning with one focused on Visual Storytelling and Self Publication.
